Instructions:
Boil the Noodles: Cook the ramyeon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare Vegetables: In a large pot or deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent. Add minced garlic and continue to sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
Add Vegetables: Add julienned carrots and sliced mushrooms to the pot. Stir-fry for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
